Shimmer Lights™ Permanent Cream Toner Smoky Pearl

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:  Mix 1 part Shimmer Lights Toner to 2 parts 10vol Developer (Shimmer Lights 10 vol Cream Developer for gentle lift is recommended). Apply to towel-dried hair. Use a wide-tooth comb for even toner distribution. Process for 15-30 minutes, checking every 5 minutes depending on the desired tone. Do not use heat. Rinse thoroughly, shampoo, and condition. NOTE: The toner may turn purple as it develops.
